Identity Theft Worksheets
Identity theft worksheets are a good resource for victims of identity theft looking for help in
getting their lives together. A good worksheet will not only provide a template for the
restoration process, but also guide you through the process.
You'll have many steps in the process, namely contacting the police and the credit bureaus. Check out our webpage on identity theft recovery
for more information on the resotoration process as it applies to your situation.
I recommend using the following worksheet in addition to a restoration SERVICE that will assist in the
process. I know from experience that identity theft recovery is not fun, and would highly recommend
you look into a recovery service.
Unfortunately most recovery services require you to sign up BEFORE
the identity theft took place, but if your identity is stolen, you WILL need their help regardless
of the crime. If you need more information on restoring your identity, simply fill out the "contact us" form at the bottom of this page and I'll be happy to answer your questions.
While building this webpage, I was in the process of creating my own worksheet and stumbled
across another website that offered the same thing. Since finding this website, I stopped creating my worksheet, and starting promoting this one, because it is tremendous folks. It was put together by the Bank of Hawaii, and they did
a fantastic job. Not only is it thorough, but it offers a step-by-step guide on what to do
when your identity is stolen. This is the best worksheet on the web. Written in a pdf format, you can
easily download, and use to get your life back together.
